On the last checkout page; select your payment method and preferred shipping method. If you want, you can send a message with your order.
Click on Continue to receive an invoice that you can print for your records. You are done!

Barnhill Bolt will send you an order confirmation via e-mail. An account is automatically created for you once you place your first order so you won't have to enter all the information again (except credit card info) when you order next.

How to Open a Trade Account

To use a Purchase Order and receive an invoice, you must open a Trade Account. Print out the credit application, complete it, sign it, and fax it back to 505-888-1559. We will usually contact you within 2-3 business days with approval and a user name and temporary password for your account. If you apply for a new trade account, we will create your online account for you!

How to Open an Online Account

To save time as a credit card customer, you may want to create an online account to track your order history and to keep a record of your billing and shipping information. Click on Create Online Account and fill out the form. If you apply for a new trade account, we will create your online account for you! If you are a pre-existing trade customer, email us or call 505-884-1808 and we will set up an account for you. If you have an a pre-existing online account and wish to open a trade account with us, just email us or call 505-884-1808.

Online Security

Barnhill Bolt knows that security is the first priority of e-commerce. Our secure server software (SSL) encrypts all your information before it is sent over Internet. After it's received, your order and credit card information are archived on a secure server that is not connected to the Internet.

$25 Minimum Order

If your extended total before shipping is less than $25, we automatically increase the total to $25. The total cost of your order is equal to the price of your items plus shipping cost. You will find estimated shipping costs on the checkout pages.

Returns Policy

You may cancel unshipped items by email, phone or fax. Please include your order number:

You may return:

Any fastener in its original condition and in the original container
All fasteners that are lot-traceable (i.e., has a lot number on the outside of the container) as long as they are in the original container
There are no returns on tools (drill bits, taps, etc.) or on any industrial product (LOCTITE, LPS, etc.)
Minimum of 10% restocking fee will apply.

We process returns and refunds only for items purchased from Barnhill Bolt.

Note: Please include your delivery receipt with the return. If you do not have it, please write your order number on a separate piece of paper and include it.
We will notify you by email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. We refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
