1. How
do I order?
It's fun and easy to order at Barnhill Bolt. If this is your
first time buying something you'll want to place items in your shopping
cart and proceed to checkout through our order form.
$25.00 minimum shipped order. $10.00 minimum picked up order.
2. How do I find what
I'm looking to buy?
There are countless fasteners to discover and buy at Barnhill
Bolt. If you know what you're looking for, simply enter a term or
two into the search box you'll find on most pages of our site and
click on the Go! button.
If you want to conduct a more specific search, click the Search
link on the left or top of every product page's top navigation bar.
Don't know exactly what you're looking for? Click the Browse links
under the Search box.
3. How
can I pay? Is it safe to use my credit card?
All prices in our store are listed in US dollars. We accept
American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. You can also print
out your order and fax it to us at 1-505-888-1559. If you are still
not sure of sending your credit card number over the internet or
fax, you can still place your order and then select "Call Me" as a
payment method. One of our customer service reps will be happy to
call you and get your payment information.
Shopping at Barnhill Bolt is safe. Every credit card purchase you
make at Barnhill Bolt is done on a secure server using the latest
SSL encryption.
4. Do you ship internationally?
We gladly ship anywhere in the world, but
weight and destination country may limit the shipping services
available. We won't ship international orders until we've informed
you of the shipping options and cost. International shipping
costs are always added to the order and prepaid. We cannot ship
on your UPS or Federal Express numbers. We accept bank transfers
only when shipping outside the U.S. Bank routing information
will be supplied on request. Remember, your shipment may be
subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the
package reaches your country. You must bear any additional charges
for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges
and cannot predict what they may be. Since customs policies
vary widely from country to country, please contact your local
customs office for further information. When ordering from Barnhill
Bolt, you are considered the importer of record and must comply
with all laws and regulations of the country to the goods are
shipped.
5. How long will it take to get what I order?
How much do you charge for shipping?
We try to ship all orders we receive before
2:00 pm MST on the same day. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday
or holidays. We can ship partials and backorder (2 freight charges)
or we can hold the order and ship it complete. During checkout
be sure to check the option you prefer. Shipping charges are
adjusted on the original order and added to the back order.
Shipping charges are based on the weight
of your order and the type of service you request. The shipping
method and cost is presented to you as you are checking out.
Note: All shipping charges
are estimates and can change due to packaging and special handling.
6. What about your returns policy?
Our returns policy is simple. With prior authorization by email,
Returns, or by calling
us at 1-505-884-1808, and within 30 days of receipt of your order
you may return
- any fastener in its original condition, in any container,
that is not a lot traceable item.
- all fasteners that are lot traceable (i.e.; has a lot number
on the outside of the container) must be returned in the original
container
- No returns on any tools that have been used (drill bits,
taps, etc.) and any industrial product that has been opened
(LOCTITE, LPS, etc.)
- Minimum of 10% restocking fee will apply
for a full refund, less freight. Please note that we
can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from
Barnhill Bolt.
