1. Find What You Want
Bolts, nuts, screws, fasteners in general, can be a confusing topic for many people. That is why we have created several ways for you to find the right fastener. On almost all of the pages in our site you will find a browse box on the left side of your screen. If you select items from this list, you will go to a page that has pictures of the items along with the title. As you narrow down your choices, you will be taken to a page that offers all of the available sizes, materials, finishes, etc., for that one particular item.

We also have included a search box on all of our pages. You can search all of our items or narrow down your search to just one category of items. As you are browsing through the groups of items, the search box also narrows down the main categories to allow you to search just individual groups. You can also go straight to our main search page by selecting the "SEARCH" tab on the top bar of all pages.

2. Delivery Times
Barnhill Bolt offers several methods of shipping. As you are checking out you will be offered all available shipping options, plus the charges, for your order. Shipping charges are based on the weight and type of service you request. Shipping charges will be adjusted after your order is placed if the actual charges are higher than the estimated charges shown on the website.

We try to ship all orders that we receive before 2:00 pm MST on the same day. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

Even though we maintain a huge inventory in our warehouse, sometimes we can run out of something. We will ship whatever we have in stock that you have ordered and back order any out of stock items. Most back ordered items ship within 1 week of the original order. Shipping charges will be adjusted after your order is placed if the actual charges are higher than the estimated charges shown on the website.

4. Pricing
We offer you some of the lowest prices on fasteners you will find. Our prices are based on best wholesale pricing. We do have a $25.00 minimum order. If your extended total with freight is less than $25.00, we automatically increase your total to $25.00. The total cost of your order is equal to the price of your items (or $25.00 minimum) plus shipping cost. You will find estimated shipping costs on the checkout pages. We make diligent efforts to provide accurate shipping costs. However, if the estimated shipping cost is lower than the actual cost you will be charged the higher amount.

1. To add an item to your shopping cart, click the Add button on any page where it is available.

2. When you're finished shopping, click the Basket icon at the top of the page.

3. Next, check the items in your basket. You can change quantities, remove items and review detailed descriptions.

4. When you are satisfied with your order, click on Checkout. Fill in the information form and click on continue.

5. On the last checkout page select your payment method and preferred shipping method. If you want you can send a message with your order. Click on Continue and you will be shown a invoice that you can print for your records. You are done!

Barnhill Bolt will send you an order confirmation via e-mail. An account is automatically created for you once you place your first order so you won't have to enter all the information again (except credit card info) when you order next.
