With prior authorization by email dee@barnhillbolt.com, or by calling us at 1-505-884-1808, and within 30 days of receipt of your order you may return

• any fastener in its original condition, in any container, that is not a lot traceable item.
• all fastener that are lot traceable (i.e.; has a lot number on the outside of the container) must be returned in the original container
• any tool that has not been used (drill bits, taps, etc.) and any industrial product that has not been opened (LOCTITE, LPS, etc.)
